  • Edwards Club tennis nets are made from high-strength, 2.5mm twisted polyethylene netting. 
  • The knotted 45mm mesh design adds strength and structure, with each knot hand-checked before the next stage of production. 
  • With the base net in place, we add reinforcement by machine overlocking the sides and bottom and double stitch a polyester headband containing headwire line with a loop and pin tensioning system across the top.
